We anticipate that we have around 100 swimmers this year who have qualified for the County Championships which will mean we are one of the biggest club at the event. With this in mind we respectfully request that swimmers return their entry as soon as possible, to help us ensure the entries are processed correctly and to avoid mistakes.

The events official closing date is the 9^th January 2020 we ask those swimmers who have already achieved their Qualifying Time return the attached entry form NO LATER THAN the 15^th December 2019. For our younger swimmers who may achieve their Qualifying Time at the Wigan Borough Aquatics Development Meet on the 5^th January 2020 we will accept entries up to midnight on the 6^th January 2020.

Wigan BEST committee have asked that entry fees are paid on submission of entry. Entries that are not accompanied with the correct fee will not be processed.

BACS payments are accepted using the account number on the attached entry form but please ensure you use the reference “LANCS20 swimmersname”

Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure entries are in on time and completed correctly.
